In congregation, faith-based community organizing, there is a growing consensus about what an organizing pastor is. Likewise, a congregation that understands its strategy for ministry and mission in terms of the organizing model, regardless of denomination or faith, has much in common with others that do the same. But what does the larger community look like that is shaped at least in part by the organizing process?1
