Congregations Building Community (CBC) in Northern Colorado is working to create a cooperative business incubator to expand economic opportunities and provide community services in a largely immigrant community. More than 100 people attended a public action meeting last month that won commitments for technical assistance and signed up 48 persons interested in creating new businesses.
