In 2002 Camden Churches Organized for People (CCOP) won $175 million in new state investment to revitalize the city. Today CCOP continues to fight to make sure that these funds are spent to benefit local residents. In March hundreds of CCOP leaders organized to win ten changes that will make planning more democratic and protect residents from displacement.
