Affordability is the key to successful health reform.

On January 13, more than 200 grassroots and organizational leaders from PICO, SEIU, Health Rights Organizing Project, Community Catalyst and Families USA will gather in Washington, D.C. for a Health Care Affordability Summit. With Congressional leaders in the process of merging the reform bills passed by the House and Senate, the summit will focus on the need to make affordability for families a priority in final legislation.

 On the same day, organizations in states across the nation will hold public events where they will deliver oversized keys to the district offices of Members of Congress to symbolize that getting affordability right is KEY to the success of health reform.  You can view a listing of events at http://www.coverallfamilies.org/act?id=0007
