No Recess for Health Reform
Today, clergy and families from PICO are on Capitol Hill meeting with Members of Congress who will determine the fate of health care reform.
Special interests are pouring millions of dollars into efforts to delay and even kill health care reform and will focus their efforts this August recess. We cannot let that happen.
That's why PICO leaders on Capitol Hill today are declaring that there will be "NO RECESS FOR REFORM," launching a massive push in August to meet with the offices of over 100 Members of Congress and tell them "our families need health care reform this year!" Search for events here >>

If one thing is certain about health care reform, it's that the faith community is influencing the debate!
On Saturday, the Washington Post profiled an unprecedented effort by PICO and the faith community to win health reform this year. Our voice is getting through, but we still have a long way to go.
